Whether CeFi can be replaced by DeFi?

Basically, Defi cannot completely replace CeFi. However, DeFi will support more multiple service items that CeFi cannot have.
In DeFi:
Assets will be replaced by cryptocurrency.
Institutions, States, Companies will be replaced by Blockchain.
You can approach decentralized finance through Internet-connected devices anywhere.
As such, DeFi tools are certainly different from CeFi tools; although they provide similar financial services for example loans or lendings.
Not only that, they also provide completely new financial services such as stablecoin (DAI, True USD, ect)
